Founder & CEO, Jennifer Adeli
Jennifer Adeli is the founder and CEO of WinBiz Proposals, LLC. She started WinBiz after noticing a maddening trend across the industry: small businesses were struggling to respond to RFPs because their business development and proposal teams were stretched thin, overworked, and burnt out. And all the resources available to them were geared towards big businesses with deep pockets. So, she took the federal government-specific business development and consulting experience she gained from working with industry leaders and made it her mission to exclusively help small and mid-tier government contractors win more with easier and stronger proposals.
Jennifer is dedicated helping others grow by sharing what she’s learned through mentoring start-ups and being part of EO, the Entrepreneur Organization, a global organization of CEOs. She is also a member of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and serves on steering committees, local boards, and other initiatives to help improve the overall vitality of her community.

With more than 10 years of experience as a Proposal Manager turned Enterprise Content Manager, Amber intimately understands the requirements and business needs of our clients and uses her deep insight to direct WinBiz’s day-to-day and long-term operations. Her background in developing, defining, and managing knowledge, quality, and content management systems for corporations and business units has been an instrumental piece of WinBiz’s ability to scale and grow. Her insight and oversight provides WinBiz with unparalleled precision in its internal process and procedures—and if that wasn’t awesome enough—she is the funniest person we know.
As our Marketing Director, Jessica is responsible for generating leads and increasing sales by helping WinBiz deepen existing relationships and build new ones. With a #1 Amazon best-seller, an MA in English, and a resume that includes past experience as a marketing executive for a $450 billion business line at U.S. Bank; it’s safe to say she’s obsessed about marketing and writing. Her secret sauce is staying immersed in innovative trends, SEO, and the power of stories. She’s constantly trying out new ways of delivering messaging and content across the wild web, mobile platforms, and social media. Because she’s so passionate (#obsessed) about staying in-touch with our clients, what they need, and the GovCon market; Jessica can often be found writing and editing proposals.
